Two persons including minor thrashed on alleged charge of mobile theft in Jharkhand's Chatra

Two persons including a minor boy were allegedly beaten on charge of mobile theft in Kobna village of Jharkhand's Chatra district. A video of the incident that took place on August 15 has gone viral on social media. Both persons were first tied with a rope then thrashed by a man who has already been identified by the police. Police have registered and an investigation in the matter is underway.
