UK Minister Harak Singh Rawat tries to put out forest fire

Srinagar (Uttarakhand): A forest fire is raging in the Narendranagar range of Garhwal hills. Forest Minister Harak Singh Rawat who was en route to Pauri late in the evening on Monday, disembarked from his vehicle and tried to extinguish the fire using nearby bushes. Forest Minister Harak Singh Rawat told ETV Bharat that the subject of forestry is not the responsibility of the government or the forest department alone. Rather it is the collective responsibility of the society and people of all classes, he said.
