Protesting farmers in Haryana greet CM Khattar with black flags

A large number of farmers protesting against the Centre's new farm laws on Tuesday showed black flags at Haryana Chief Minister Manohar Lal Khattar and also tried to block his convoy when he was passing from Aggarsain Chowk in Ambala City. However, the police managed to get the farmers aside and provided a safe passage for the convoy. Khattar was on his way to address public meetings in support of BJP’s mayoral and ward candidates in the Ambala Municipal Corporation election. The agitating farmers said that they would continue to protest till the farm laws were withdrawn.
