Lucknow:A team of Uttar Pradesh Police has left for Mumbai to interrogate the makers and artists of the web series 'Tandav'.
A First Information Report (FIR) has been filed at Hajratganj Kotawli in Lucknow against the makers of web series for allegedly showing UP Police in a bad light and hurting religious sentiments.
The 4-member team under the leadership of Inspector Anil Sigh is likely to interrogate Ali Abbas Zafar (Director), Aparna Purohit (Head, India Amazon original contents), Himanshu Krishna Mehra (Producer) and Gaurav Solanki (Writer).
Earlier, An FIR has been lodged against the makers of web series 'Tandav' and Amazon's India head of original content for allegedly depicting Hindu gods in a manner hurtful to religious sentiments of the people.
