Flying squad seize 15 kg gold taken without proper documents

Kanyakumari (Tamil Nadu): Police flying squad officials seized gold bars and jewellery weighing 15 kg 55 gms which was transported to Nagercoil from Kerala without proper documents. As the vehicle owner did not have proper documents, the officials seized the gold and handed them over to Tehsildar. The officials questioned the driver, Shibu and the security Pradeep Goshi. In the preliminary investigation, the officials came to know that the gold was being taken from Kerala to a jewellery in Nagercoil.
