'కశ్మీర్ రాజకీయ నేతల విడుదల మా చేతుల్లో లేదు'

జమ్ముకశ్మీర్లో ముగ్గురు మాజీ ముఖ్యమంత్రులు సహా నిర్బంధంలో ఉన్న రాజకీయ నేతల విడుదల కేంద్రం చేతుల్లో లేదని స్పష్టం చేశారు కేంద్ర హోం మంత్రి అమిత్ షా. స్థానిక ప్రభుత్వం.. సరైన సమయంలో వారిని విడుదల చేస్తుందని లోక్సభలో తెలిపారు.

అధికరణ 370 రద్దు నేపథ్యంలో.. నిర్బంధంలో ఉంచిన రాజకీయ నేతల విడుదల తమ చేతుల్లో లేదని స్పష్టం చేశారు కేంద్ర హోం మంత్రి అమిత్ షా. జమ్ముకశ్మీర్ స్థానిక ప్రభుత్వమే ఈ అంశంపై నిర్ణయం తీసుకుంటుందని తెలిపారు.

లోక్సభ ప్రశ్నోత్తరాల సమయంలో.. కశ్మీర్‌లో గృహ నిర్బంధంలో ఉంచిన రాజకీయ నేతలను ఎప్పుడు విడుదల చేస్తారని అధీర్ ప్రశ్నించగా.. అమిత్ షా ఇలా సమాధానమిచ్చారు.

''ఏ ఒక్క నేతనూ అవసరమైన సమయం కంటే ఒక్కరోజు ఎక్కువగా జైల్లో ఉంచరు. స్థానిక ప్రభుత్వం సరైనదిగా భావించిన సమయంలో వారు విడుదలవుతారు. ఫరూక్ అబ్దుల్లా తండ్రి షేక్ అబ్దుల్లాను కాంగ్రెస్ 11 సంవత్సరాలు జైల్లో ఉంచింది. మేం వారిని అనుసరించాలనుకోవట్లేదు. తగిన సమయంలో వారే(స్థానిక అధికారులు) విడుదల చేస్తారు. ఈ అంశంలో మేం జోక్యం చేసుకోం.''

జమ్ముకశ్మీర్కు ప్రత్యేక ప్రతిపత్తి కల్పించే అధికరణ 370 రద్దు సందర్బంగా... మాజీ ముఖ్యమంత్రులు మెహబూబా ముఫ్తీ, ఫరూక్, ఒమర్ అబ్దుల్లా సహా ఇతర స్థానిక నేతలను నిర్బంధించారు.

Some U.S. senators are becoming the spokespeople for the terrorists! said the China Media Group (CMG) in its commentary published on Tuesday.
The following is an edited translation of the article:
Ignoring the truth, some U.S. senators smear the anti-terrorism and de-extremization policies in Xinjiang and practice double standard to connive terrorism and extremism. Their acts prove that they, intentionally or not, are becoming the spokespeople for the terrorists!
Over the past year, they cudgeled their brains to hype up the Xinjiang-related issues, in an attempt to "contain China with Xinjiang".
But people may question: How can these U.S. senators who have never set foot on Xinjiang unashamedly make up stories? What do they define "terrorism"? Is it that only tragedies, such as the 9/11 incident and those occurred only on the U.S. territory can be called terrorism? And is it that China must be stigmatized for taking preventive anti-terrorism measures for the sake of safeguarding the basic interests of the people?
After the 9/11 terror attacks, these Americans should have an acute hatred for terrorism and have deeper understanding about the necessity and urgency of international anti-terrorism cooperation. However, the narrow-minded anti-China thinking and cold war mentality have muddled the head of some U.S. senators and even made them transgress the bottom line of human morality and civilization!
The large amount of original pictures in the documentary helps the international community to further understand the context of the Xinjiang issue, fully know the necessity and legitimacy of the Chinese government's anti-terrorism measures and clearly see: the Xinjiang-related issues are not issues about human rights, ethnicity, religion, but are issues about the fight against separatism and terrorism; the anti-terrorism fight in Xinjiang has never been coupled with any specific regions, ethnic groups or religions, but is a great contribution to the international counter-terrorism.
The 9/11 incident is before our eyes. China advises some U.S. senators not to lose their conscience and become obstacles to the just cause of international anti-terrorism. As a Western saying goes: as you brew, so must you drink. If some U.S. politicians refuse to realize their errors and insist on standing on the opposite to the moral principles and conscience, they will only suffer the historical tease and punishment eventually.
