India-China face off amounts to perfidy: Wing Commander (retd) Praful Bakshi

In an exclusive interview with ETV Bharat, Wing Commander (retd) Praful Bakshi said that the recent India-China face off amounts to perfidy, violating the Geneva Convention. "To tell you the truth after the recent face off the number of flag meetings at various levels followed by Lieutenant General-level talks between India and China, thereafter these meetings are still going on and if this firing has taken place during flag meetings in that region then it amounts to perfidy. Perfidy means when the Geneva Convention is broken. When these meetings are taking place no military action takes place," said Wing Commander (retd) Bakshi.
