Uttarakhand: NH-07 closed due to heavy landslide

Heavy rains triggered a massive landslide near Uttarakhand's Pipalkoti, leading to the closure of the National Highway-07 on Monday. Traffic on this road was disrupted for a few hours due to which tourists were stuck. NH-07 connects Hindu pilgrim centres of Rishikesh, Devprayag, Rudraprayag, Karnaprayag, Chamoli, Joshimath and Badrinath with Dehradun and Chandigarh.
