WATCH: Tharoor's disappointment with Budget in 'stunning Hindi'

Congress MP Shashi Tharoor is known for his exceptional command over the English language, which often forces one to open a dictionary to get one's head around exotic, and often unheard words from his voluminous vocabulary. However, the Thiruvananthapuram MP floored many with his speech in the Lok Sabha today, where he delivered a few sentences in impeccable Hindi, even taking inspiration from legendary poet Mirza Ghalib to express his disappointment with the Union Budget. "Hazaron khwaishein aisi ki har khwaish pe dum nikle... bahut kiya aitbaar Modiji, ab tumhaari gali se hum nikle," Tharoor said as he ended speech.
