Ujjain (Madhya Pradesh): On the occasion of Janmashtami, the birth anniversary of Krishna Janmashtami, more than 200 children played the flute in front of Bharat Mata Mandir in the city of Mahakal (Ujjain). The children who are members of the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) had trained for three months. It is learnt that the training was held completely online. The RSS organizes a grand event every year on Janmashtami.
RSS' regional Sanghchalak Ashok Sohni and Jagdish Prasad, chief of physical education presided over the event. Prasad, as the keynote speaker of the program said, "Shri Krishna himself used to play the flute and the conch (shell)."

Given the pandemic times, all arrangements for the event were organised according to Covid protocols.
