Five students electrocuted to death in Karnataka

Five students in Koppal district died after being electrocuted on Sunday. The students were trying to remove a flag pole atop their hostel building when the incident occurred.

Koppal: Five students were electrocuted to death on Sunday while they came in contact with a flag pole on top of their hostel building in Koppal district of Karnataka.

According to reports, the incident took place when the students had gone to remove the flag pole.

The incident occurred at the D Devaraju Arasu Metric Boys Hostel and all five were reported dead at the time of the incident.

The hostel authorities informed the police after the hostel inmates alerted them about the incident.

However, the police are yet to ascertain the reason behind the mishap.

Koppala : 5 student died by a current shock in Koppala. Incident took place when students had gone to remove the Flag pole. The disaster occurred at the d.Devaraju Raju  arasu Matric East Boys' Hostel In the Bannikatti area. The hostel students are- 10th std: Metagal villager Mallikarjun, Lingadalli Villager basavraj, 9th std : Devaraja of the village of Balegari, Haidar resident Kumar, 8th std : Lachanakeri villager Ganesh had lost their lives. With a touch of electricity, A fire was lit to the body. Police visited to the place.
