New Delhi: Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Wednesday took to Twitter to shed a glimpse of his interaction with the Indian Olympians at his official residence, 7, Lok Kalyan Marg. In the video, the Prime Minister is seen relishing ice-creams and other delicacies, apart from discussing good health and fitness.
During his breakfast with the Olympic contingent, the prime minister is seen interacting with Tokyo Olympics gold medallist Neeraj Chopra, PV Sindhu, Deepika Kumari, Ravi Dahiya, Bhawani Devi and others.
"From having ice-creams and Churma to discussing good health and fitness, from inspiring anecdotes to lighter moments… watch what happened when I had the opportunity to host India’s #Tokyo2020 contingent at 7, LKM. The programme begins at 9 AM," PM Modi had tweeted.

On the occasion, Prime Minister Modi appreciated javelinier Neeraj Chopra, who won the yellow metal in the final with a throw of 87.58m at the Tokyo Games, saying that the latter never let success get into his head.
PM also told archer Deepika Kumari, not to be disheartened, adding that a sportsperson should never lose hope, while having lauded Bhawani Devi, for having become the first fencer to represent India at the Olympics. He also appreciated wrestler Ravi Dahiya for having won the silver medal.
