Patna: Rashtriya Janata Dal president Lalu Prasad Yadav, who has recovered after a successful kidney transplant, would return to Patna today, party sources said.
The RJD supremo is moving from Delhi to Patna after his doctors gave him a green signal on his health status. He would reach Patna airport at 3 pm. Speculations are rife about Lalu's plan to pull the plugs to make his son Tejaswi Yadav the next Chief Minister of Bihar. Nitish Kumar has also expressed his wish to meddle in 'Delhi politics' by handing over the helm to Tejashwi Yadav. At the same time, Nitish is also apprehensive of relinquishing the position to Tejashwi fearing such a move can backfire and give the opposition an opportunity to stage a comeback.
