    Hibiscus serves as a boon for facial care. It is also known as a Botox plant because it contains elements that help in treating many skin related problems and keeps your face looking young. It also helps in getting rid of pimples, dark circles, and spots. Hibiscus leaves have the ability to remove free radicals, which act as a medicine for anti-aging problems.

    Hibiscus leaves are beneficial in almost every problem related to hair, including hair loss or roughness. Hibiscus flowers or any medicine related to it should be consumed only after consulting an ayurvedic or naturopathic doctor. The reason being that under many circumstances, its consumption can be harmful. For example, hibiscus tea is harmful to pregnant women or women who are undergoing fertility treatment because it reduces estrogen levels in the body and can cause menstruation. There may also be a possibility of miscarriage. Also, women who are undergoing hormonal treatments or taking birth control pills should not consume it. Patients with low Blood pressure should not drink hibiscus tea as it can reduce their blood pressure even further.
