Bengaluru: The lawyer of the young woman tied to the Ramesh Jarkiholi 'CD case' has filed another complaint at Cubbon Park Station alleging threat to her and family.
Advocate Jagdish lodged a complaint at Cubbon Park station alleging that the young woman has been threatened by former minister Ramesh Jarkiholi.
"After the FIR was filed on Friday, the accused has been threatening the complainant via the media. The accused person is very influential and he influences witnesses. The young woman's audio call is revealed. The accused also said he would give big news this evening. Hence, the young woman is facing a threat to her life and police should take action," Advocate Jagadeesh quoted in the complaint.

Give protection to the young woman's parents:
Advocate Jagadish has gone to the Adugodi Technical Center after he lodged a complaint with the Cubbon Park Police Station. The young woman's family members are under investigation by the SIT. Arrangements should be made for them to stay in place until the investigation is over, said Jagadish. He also asked to provide police security to the woman's family.
My daughter is innocent:
"We had no information about her contact. We came to know about the CD release too late. Our daughter doesn't do that. Someone is forcibly making her do this. Our daughter is innocent. She did not commit any mistake," said the young woman's parents were quoted saying by officials investigating the case.
