Kandy: Veteran Sri Lanka pacer Lasith Malinga is on the verge of retirement from cricket and his absence will create a big void in the Lankan team. To fill that gap Sri Lanka has found a teenager who could actually bowl yorker like Malinga with a similar kind of action.

The 17-year old was identified as Matheesha Pathirana of Kandy's Trinity College and his figures of 6/7 on his debut for the domestic side amazed one and all.
