Bhopal: In a misappropriation case involving an e-tender, the Enforcement Directorate (ED) conducted raids at an office of an Information and Technology company here and seized many important documents, official sources said.
The raids were carried out on Wednesday at the office of Osmo IT Solution Pvt. Ltd, situated in Mansarover Complex, Shivaji Nagar of the capital city as the firm is allegedly involved in the Madhya Pradesh e-tender scam.
However, nobody was arrested after an hour-long action by the central agency, they said.

Three directors of the company - Vinay Chowdhary, Varun Chaturvedi and Sunit Volvalkar - who are accused of cheating in order to grab the tender, have already been arrested and sent to jail.
According to the official sources, the ED had raided a big Hyderabad-based company and seized some documents which had revealed the name of the Osmo IT Solution.
The ED took action at more than 16 different places in the country concerning the case and it's believed that it would soon start questioning the arrested officials of Osmo IT Solution Pvt. Ltd.
