Qayyum says that although oxygen-making machines are already available in the market, due to their high cost, poor people cannot afford them and the machine he has made could be made available to the public at a very low price.

The machine developed by Qayyum involves electrolysis to produce medical oxygen.

Only time will tell how effective Qayyum's machine will be.
