'శరీరాకృతిపై చాలా అవమానాలు ఎదుర్కొన్నా'

బాడీ షేమింగ్​.. ప్రస్తుతం సోషల్​మీడియాలో మహిళలు,సెలబ్రిటీలు ఎదుర్కొంటున్న విమర్శనాత్మక పదం​. కాసింత లావుగా ఉంటే చాలు వారి శరీరాకృతిని ఉద్దేశిస్తూ నెటిజన్లు దారుణంగా తిట్టడం, అవమానపరచడం, దుర్భాషలాడటం చేస్తున్నారు. ఇప్పటికే వీటిని ఎదుర్కొన్న పలువురు నటీమణులు.. ఆ ట్రోల్స్​ను తిప్పికొట్టి ప్రజలకు అవగాహన కల్పించేందుకు ముందుకొస్తున్నారు. తాజాగా టెన్నిస్​ ప్లేయర్​ సానియా మీర్జా కూడా ఈ అంశంపై మాట్లాడింది.

"మనమంతా సామాజిక మాధ్యమాల గురించి మాట్లాడతాం. కానీ అక్కడ వ్యక్తి శరీరాకృతిపై అవమానకరంగా మాట్లాడతారు. ఒక మహిళ కొంచెం బరువు పెరిగితే చాలు.. వెంటనే మీరు గర్భవతా అని అడుగుతారు. సెలబ్రిటీలుగా మేం సౌకర్యవంతంగా ఉండాల్సి ఉంటుంది. నేను గర్భవతిగా ఉన్నప్పుడు ఓ ఫొటో షేర్​ చేస్తే.. దానికి సామాజిక మాధ్యమాల్లో విపరీతమైన విమర్శలు వచ్చాయి. ఇకపై వారి నోర్లు మూయించాలని నిర్ణయించుకున్నా"

సామాజిక మాధ్యమాల్లో ఎదురయ్యే కామెంట్లకు దీటుగా సమాధానమిస్తానని చెప్పింది సానియా. తనను విమర్శించే వారికి గట్టిగా బుద్ధి చెప్తానని తెలిపింది.

గతేడాది అక్టోబర్‌లో మగబిడ్డకు జన్మనిచ్చింది మీర్జా. అప్పుడు కాస్త బరువు పెరిగిన ఆమె.. తాజాగా జిమ్​లో గడుపుతూ నాలుగు నెలల్లో 26 కేజీలు తగ్గింది. ప్రస్తుతం టెన్నిస్​లో రీఎంట్రీ ఇచ్చేందుకు సిద్ధమవుతోంది.
