దర్శకుడు పూరీ జగన్నాథ్ పుట్టినరోజు సందర్భంగా సామాజిక మాధ్యమాల్లో శుభాకాంక్షలు చెప్పింది నటి ఛార్మి. అతడు తనకు మంచి స్నేహితుడని చెప్పుకొచ్చింది.

దర్శకుడు పూరీ జగన్నాథ్ తనకు మంచి స్నేహితుడని అంటోంది హీరోయిన్, నిర్మాత ఛార్మి. నేడు (శనివారం) పూరీ పుట్టినరోజు సందర్భంగా ఓ వీడియోను సామాజిక మాధ్యమాల్లో పంచుకుందీ నటి.
పూరీ చాలా మంచి వ్యక్తి. వ్యాపార భాగస్వామిగా, మంచి స్నేహితుడిగా అతడు ఉండటం నా అదృష్టం. కష్టపడే తత్వం ఉన్న అలాంటి వ్యక్తిని నా జీవితంలో చూడలేదు. ప్రతి ఒక్కరు సంతోషంగా ఉండాలని పూరీ కోరుకుంటాడు. థ్యాంక్స్ ఫర్ ఎవ్రీథింగ్.

A Chinese company has successfully resurrected a vast, vacant American plant that was abandoned by General Motors through the adoption of a cross-cultural manufacturing operation.
The biggest vehicle glass manufacturer in China, Fuyao Glass, took over the factory in the Midwestern U.S. state of Ohio in 2014.
Jeff Liu Daochuan, president of the Fuyao Group North America, said that communication problems between U.S. and Chinese employees is a big challenge for the management group, but they have managed to meld the advantages of the Chinese staff and American staff.
"When I take the job, I find out there's a communication problem. US and China. they are totally different culture, but they all have good people, so how do we utilize both to our advantage, meld together, so they can make success," said Liu.
Doug Hicks, who has worked at the plant for two and a half years, said that communication among the workers has improved significantly.
"When I first started, it was rough because there of the language barrier and not understanding. But being here and working with them, you understood a lot more. Working with them is just incredible because you learn so much. And they know so much," said Hicks.
The plant now has more than 2,000 workers, and some of the workers feel, in the longer term, that there could be advantages to the China-U.S. working relationship.
"Everybody is working towards one goal. It's given thousands of people jobs, opportunities. So nobody wants to see this place go downhill. So when two cultures come together to make one, that's powerful right there," said Edwin Hobson, a worker at the factory.
Phil Parker, president and CEO of the Dayton area Chamber of Commerce, said he still remembers GM's plant closure all too well.
"They closed this plant in 2008. Devastating," said Parker.
Parker now hopes that Fuyao's success could help entice other Chinese companies to set up operations in the region.
"We think that there's this opportunity for us. And we're going to do everything that we can to try to cultivate more economic impact with other Chinese investment. And I think it is going to be wildly successful," he said.
Although there have been challenges, Fuyao's experience could make the transition easier for other Chinese companies in the future.
