Udaipur: Amid rising cases of rape in India, a woman in Udaipur on Saturday filed a police complaint alleging that she was gang-raped in 2016, and perpetrators had shot video of the incident which they used to blackmail her.
The victim also added that she was beaten by the gang who raped her.
The Pratap Nagar police station has registered the case and since the case is four years old, an investigation keeping in mind both aspects has been initiated.

After the case was registered at Pratap Nagar police station in Udaipur, there was a stir among the top officials and a special team has been formed to investigate the matter.
