Red Gully/Guilderton: A bushfire is burning out of control in the north of Perth, threatening homes and lives.
Western Australia's Department of Fire and Emergency Services urged people affected by the bushfire on Tuesday, to remain vigilant as the blaze is fanned by strong winds and remains dangerous.
An emergency warning has been issued for various areas.

A resident from the area of Ocean Farms, Rachael Hains-Wesson, has moved to an evacuation centre in the coastal town of Guilderton.
She said she couldn't believe how serious the blaze had become.
Hains-Wesson added that she didn't know if her family's home was still standing.
