Following Pakistan Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif's call for "serious and sincere talks" with Prime Minister Narendra Modi External Affairs Ministry Spokesperson Arindam Bagchi said India always wanted normal neighbourly relations with Pakistan but there should be an atmosphere free from terror and violence for it.
