Ghaziabad: The Ghaziabad Police is going to take the next legal step soon to interrogate Twitter MD Manish Maheshwari. It is being reported that before Tuesday, the Ghaziabad Police can file its reply in the Karnataka High Court.
On June 24, Twitter MD Manish Maheshwari was called to Loni Border Police Station in the viral video of an elderly man. So on June 24, the police kept waiting, and Manish Maheshwari avoided coming to the station citing legal options.
In this case, legal expert Naresh Yadav says that the police have a way to recall the order of the Karnataka High Court. Due to which Manish Maheshwari's problems can increase. Not only this, if the High Court does not decide in favour of the police, then the Ghaziabad Police can also go to the Supreme Court.

The police will make every effort, in this case, to personally call Manish Maheshwari to the police station and ask questions. In this case, the lawyer of the main accused Ummaid Pehelwan, says that the MD of Twitter should be called and questions should be asked at the earliest. He said that due to the Twitter MD avoiding responding, the case could get affected.

Twitter is alleged that it did not take any action on the objectionable viral video in the case of a beating of an elderly man. It did not even give the tag of Manipulated News to Fake News.
