Shahjahanpur: Former Union Minister Swami Chinmayanand, who is accused of raping a law student, is reportedly referred to PGI in Lucknow from Shahjahanpur district jail with a team of Doctors as he fell ill late night on Sunday.
It is to be noted that he is in police custody since last three days in Shahjahanpur District Jail.
On Sep 18, Chinmayanand was admitted to the medical college in Shahjahanpur and from there on Sep 20, he was arrested by SIT.
On Sunday night, Chinmayanand along with a panel of doctors has been sent to PGI in Lucknow.
