Alwar: Two men and a woman were tied to an electricity pole and beaten for allegedly stealing a rickshaw.
Upon receiving information, Kotwali police personnel reached the spot and resuced people. They also brought them to the station.
Four people have been arrested in the case.

The locals alleged that the two men and a woman were trying to steal a rickshaw and they were caught red-handed. To prevent them from escaping the locals tied the victims to a pole.
The locals also alleged that these people had been stealing rickshaws for a long time and the police don't do much about them.

The police, however, said an investigation is on in the case.
