Mumbai: Simone Singh who will be seen in the upcoming TV serial 'Bahu Begum' says she likes to take a break to rejuvenate herself after continuous work.
Talking about her character in 'Bahu Begum', Simone said, "I find this character very interesting. The language is rich and royal but we have kept it on the level where all the television audience can understand it."
When asked her about her coming on board for the serial, she said, "Frankly I was pursued by the producers. They kept saying that only i will be able to do justice to this royal character and I gave in. Each character is a learning experience and this one will also enrich me."
Simone who simultaneously works in television and web series will be also seen in the second seasons of 'Haq Se' and 'Four More Shots Please'.
However, the actor feels doing a daily soap is very demanding for which she refrains from working on TV serials on regular basis.
"I like to take a break to rejuvenate," she said.

Moreover, she feels that digital is the fast growing medium.
"Now is the exciting times for actors. All kinds of stories are being told on big screen from every nook and corner of our country. India being diverse and vast country there are too many stories available to be told. It’s an exciting phase for all," said the actor.
Simone has worked in TV serials, films and web series. She marked her small screen debut with 'Sea Hawks'. However, she rose to immense popularity for her titular role in 'Heena'.
Simone has also acted in films like 'Kabhi Khushi Kabhie Gham', 'Haan Maine Bhi Pyaar Kiya', 'Sur – The Melody of Life', 'Diamond Murders' among others.
Also, the actor's role in popular web series 'Sacred Games' was appreciated by one and all.
