Ministry of Education issues revised guidelines for ''Ek Bharat shreshtha Bharat programme''

MoE has released the revised guidelines for Ek Bharat Shrestha Bharat programme. The new guidelines also integrate the EBSB activities into the education process itself, in accordance with National Education Policy 2020.

New Delhi: The Ministry of Education has released the revised guidelines for Ek Bharat Shrestha Bharat programme yesterday i.e., November 20th 2020 on its official website - www.education.gov.in.

The “Ek Bharat Shreshtha Bharat” (EBSB) campaign has been launched to promote cultural unity among various states of the country. Also, the EBSB program is being organized in all the schools across the country.

The EBSB Guidelines issued earlier have been revised. These newly revised guidelines have been aligned to National Education policy 2020 and also the use of toys in education by including specific activities in this regard. A proper system of monthly and annual reporting has been formulated.

The new guidelines also integrate the EBSB activities into the education process itself, in accordance with National Education Policy 2020.

The Ministry of Education has requested that the revised EBSB guidelines be shared with schools to ensure maximum participation of students in the program. The reports are to be furnished on a regular basis as indicated in the guidelines.
