At the Asian Games, the reigning world champion trio of Jyothi Surekha Vennam, Aditi Swami and Parneet Kaur crushed their third-seeded Chinese Taipei to win gold in women's compound team final. After three ends, India beat Taiwan by one point. India shot 230 while their rivals managed to score 229.
