The Delhi High Court has dismissed a public interest litigation against a private school charging Rs 2,000 per month for air conditioning in classes. The court ruled that the financial burden cannot be solely borne by the school management and that parents should be mindful of the facilities and their cost when selecting a school. The court found no irregularity in the charge levied by the school.
