હૈદરાબાદ: ઑલ ઈન્ડિયા મજલિસ એ ઈત્તેહાદુલ મુસ્લિમીન (AIMIM) પ્રમુખ અસદુદ્દીન ઓવૈસીએ આધાર કાર્ડ મુદ્દે લોકોને મોકલવામાં આવેલી નોટીસ પર UIDAIની ટીકા કરી અને આરોપ લગાવ્યો કે, એજન્સી નિયમનું પાલન કરતી નથી.
UIDAIએ મંગળવારે જણાવ્યું હતું કે, હૈદરાબાદ કચેરીએ આધાર નંબર ખોટી રીતે મેળવનારા 127 લોકોને નોટીસ ફટકારી છે. આ સાથે જ કહ્યું કે, નોટીસ ફટકારવાને નાગરિકતા સાથે લેવા-દેવા નથી.

ઓવૈસીએ આરોપ લગાવ્યો કે, UIDAI નિયમોનું પાલન કરતી નથી અને તેની સત્તાનો દૂરૂપયોગ કરે છે, જેના પરિણામે લોકોમાં ડર ફેલાયેલો છે. તેમણે ટ્વીટ કર્યું કે, 'પહેલી વાત એ છે કે UIDAI પાસે નાગરિકતા પ્રમાણપત્રની શક્તિ નથી. માત્ર આધારને ખોટી રીતે જાહેર કરવાના કેટલાક કેસની તપાસ કરવાની કેટલીક સત્તા છે.
