Although 'RRR' is being made in Telugu, Rajamouli has confirmed that its plot has a universal appeal which will hit well with the Hindi audiences alike.
Speaking at the Harvard India Conference 2019, the 'Baahubali' filmmaker said, "RRR is a pan-Indian film because the nature of the story is like that."
However, Rajamouli didn't reveal much about his film. He said that the movie holds a huge surprise for everyone.
'RRR' is set in the pre-Independence era where Charan will be seen as a cop while Junior NTR will play the role of a bandit.
Apart from the lead actors, reports also suggest that Ajay Devgn, Parineeti Chopra and Alia Bhatt have also been approached for the film.
The shooting of 'RRR' is in full swing at the Ramoji Film City in Hyderabad. The film is also said to have huge a fight sequence involving as many as thousand artists.
Believed to be an estimated budget of Rs 300 crore, the film might prove to be the next 'Baahubali' at the box office.
Produced by DVV Danayya, 'RRR' is written by Vijayendra Prasad. MM Keeravani has been roped in to compose music, while Senthil Kumar will crank the camera.
