या 12 आमदारांची नावे - एकनाथ शिंदे, तानाजी सावंत, संदीपान भुमरे, संजय शिरसाठ, अब्दुल सत्तार, भरत गोगावले, प्रकाश सुर्वे, अनिल बाबर, बालाजी किनीकर, यामिनी जाधव, लता सोनावणे महेश शिंदे, पक्षाच्या प्रतोदांनी सांगून सुद्धा हे सर्व बैठकीसाठी उपस्थित न राहिल्याने ही कारवाई करण्यात यावी, अशी शिवसेनेनी केली आहे. हे पत्र आम्ही कायदेशीर तरतुदींनुसारच सर्व चाचपणी करून मगच विधानसभेचे उपाध्यक्ष नरहरी झिरवळ यांच्याकडे दिले असल्याचे त्यांनी सांगितले.
