Kim Kardashian is on a beach vacation with boyfriend Pete Davidson. The lovebirds are unwinding at the time when the social media is furious over Kim allegedly damaging Marilyn Monroe's iconic dress that she wore at the Met Gala 2022.

In the pictures, the couple is seen having a gala time donning swimwear.

Sharing the pictures, Kim wrote, "Beach for 2."

Meanwhile, the Kardashians star is under fire because it looks like she may have destroyed Marilyn Monroe's 60-year-old heritage piece of clothing.

The 41-year-old reportedly lost 16 pounds in the weeks leading up to the event in order to fit into the historic gown, and she even changed into a duplicate once she arrived at the party's entry since she couldn't move freely in the original.

Side-by-side photographs of the gown from before and after Kardashian wore it at the Met surfaced online on Monday. One of the snaps, especially around the dress's back clasp, shows traces of stretched fabric and missing crystals.

While some Monroe experts were 'disappointed' to see Kardashian in Monroe's "extremely fragile" gown at the Met, Ripley's Believe It Or Not! Museum, which loaned the gown to the star and is now displaying it at its Hollywood location, previously told the Post that precautions were taken to avoid any possible damage.
