Valorant was a PC-only game until last August, when it received console versions made for Xbox Series X|S and PS5, making it a multi-platform title. Now, it is finally coming to smartphones. We're excited to bring VALORANT Mobile to as many players as possible, but we're starting in China and taking it from there. We will of course update…
Currently, mobile players outside China will not be able to sign up for the game’s pre-registration. To avail the pre-registration access, you will have to stay updated and follow the official social media handles of Riot Games.
Valorant Mobile: What to expect
The upcoming mobile game is expected to bring a tactical shooter experience from PC to smartphones. Valorant Mobile will sport a revamped UI (User Interface) and new controls optimised for mobile gameplay. Advanced mechanics such as jump peeking will likely be introduced in a training mode, allowing players to practise the move without harming their in-game ranking.
It is expected that the game would feature a replay system, which would allow players to review their past matches for performance analysis and strategic movement. It would also allow players to report cheating, which would improve the fairness in the game.
The launch of the much-awaited mobile version of Valorant could open new horizons for mobile gaming as Riot Games will bring the tactical gameplay of Valorant to smartphones, making it as competitive as its PC counterpart. After its official launch, the game would rival the existing mobile games such as Call of Duty: Mobile, BGMI, Garena Free Fire and others.
